North Dakota Cloud Modification Project District 2 Operations Summary for the Week of June 9, 2008 through June 15, 2008.

An active weather pattern was in place last week for the North Dakota Cloud Modification Project (NDCMP). Much of North Dakota received beneficial rains as storm systems took aim at the Northern Plains. In the District II operations area, including McKenzie, Mountrail, Ward, and Williams Counties, 18 flights were flown between June 9th and June 15th. This week began with seasonal temperatures, but expect temperatures to warm up with a chance for strong thunderstorms by mid-week.
